The Stone Trough Inn is a traditional English country pub, serving a variety of Yorkshire ales. Set in picturesque surroundings overlooking Kirkham Abbey and the river Derwent, the Stone Trough is between York and Scarborough, close to Castle Howard, famed as the setting of television's Brideshead Revisited.
The Stone Trough is now building a formidable reputation for its à la carte menu as well as its traditional bar meals.

The Stone Trough is available for private lunches, dinners, wedding receptions and Christmas parties for up to 60 people.
